    Paddleboard Reservation Information

    Step 1. Please select the location where you want to use your paddle board. We have boards for rental at our downtown La Pointe store location and boards available at the Madeline Island Town Park location. Please make sure you select the correct location for your needs. Do not hesitate to call us at 715-747-2100 if you have any questions.

    Step 2. Pick the reservation date along with the length of time you would like to reserve a paddle board from Adventure Vacations. Afternoon paddle board rentals start at 2:00 pm and all boards must be returned by 6:00 pm.

    Release of Liability

    I certify that the above information is true, accurate and complete. I recognize there is a significant element of risk in any adventure sport and/or activity associated with the outdoors. Knowing the inherent risks, dangers and rigors involved, I certify that I and/or my family (including any minor children and/or legal ward(s), are fully capable of participating in the activities, and wish to do so as voluntary participants. In consideration of Adventure Vacations (hereafter referred to as AV) providing this adventure sport/outdoor opportunity to me and/or my family and/or my legal ward(s), I hereby waive, release and discharge all actions, claims and demands for personal injury and/or property damage that may hereafter accrue against AV, its employees, agents, sponsors or assigns arising out of ordinary negligence. I further agree that except in the event of AV gross negligence and willful and wanton misconduct, I shall not bring any claims, demands, legal actions and causes of action against AV, its employees, agents, sponsors or assigns. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, exclusive of Wisconsin choice of law provisions. Adventure Vacations cannot control such factors as weather, government actions, mechanical breakdown, your physical, medical or mental disabilities, and your failure to obtain valid travel documents or your failure to follow travel instructions. I have read, understand, and accept the terms and conditions stated herein and acknowledge that this agreement shall be effective and binding upon me during the entire period of participation in Adventure Vacations activities.
